We believe in selecting a limited amount of quality restaurant locations primarily in metropolitan & suburban areas with a balance of daytime and evening populations.

Site Requirements
- Free standing pad or end cap
- Fully funded Build-to-Suit or Reverse Build-to-Suit opportunities through 2011
- Building size of 6,000 to 7,000 sq.ft.
- Seating capacity of 150 seats minimum (patio area preferred)
- Design Standards allowing neon, corrugated metal, & clapboard siding
- Freeway locations or freeway visibility preferred
Trade Area
- Population of 50,000 or more within a 10 minute drive time.
- Average household income of $45,000 to $90,000 in a three mile radius.
- Daytime population of 30,000 or greater.
- GLA greater than 1.1 million square feet in a two mile radius.
Activity Generators
- Power centers, lifestyle centers, or Mall pad locations
- Strong balance of residential and business activity.
- Average daily traffic of at least 25,000 cars per day.
